Hello, and thank you for finding your way to Golmok Stay.

While walking through an old alley in Busan's Jung-gu, I came across a worn multi-family house — and after long consideration, rebuilt it into something new. I wanted to keep the texture of its history intact, while making it comfortable and considered enough to feel like a true rest for anyone who stays.

The name Golmok Stay comes from the stars you'll meet on the rooftop at night. My hope is that this house lets you set down the busyness of the day, even if just for a little while.

I'll keep shaping this space with care, a little more each season. I sincerely hope your time at Golmok Stay becomes a good memory from your travels.
